​Are you expecting or a mom of an infant?  Join our
Moms First group!
This five week group is for moms of babies under 12 months who are wanting to improve their mental health and overall wellbeing.  Topics include self-care, coping with stress, physical and mental health, and growing your support network.
This five session group will be in-person (with health protocols), Thurs. Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24 & Mar. 3, 2022 ,9:30 - 11:00 AM at Family Centre Downtown Lethbridge.

​We're having a party and you're invited!  Join us for our Birthday Bash on Saturday March 19, 2022 at the Yates Centre, 1002 4 Ave. S. Lethbridge. 
​Pre-registration is required.  Contact your home visitor, click on the Birthday Bash link beside our calendar of events tab, or phone 403-320-5983 for more information.  

Note:  All City of Lethbridge venues participate in the REP program, performance attendees 12+ will be required to provide proof of vaccination, negative rapid test, or approved exemption.

For currently enrolled program families:
​An hour & half-long parenting group that will focus on the importance of solid brain development in the early years.

You can choose one of three time slots -
Monday, July 13  (10:30am - 12:00pm)
​Monday, July 20  (1:30 - 3:00pm)
Monday, July 27  (8:00 - 9:30pm)

South Region Parents as Teachers Society is located in the heart of Southern Alberta, and both acknowledges and pays tribute to the traditional territories of the people of Treaty 7, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai First Nations).
