Inclusive Practices Policy
The Board of Directors of South Region Parents as Teachers Society promotes inclusive practices in valuing, respecting and understanding diversity. This includes recognizing the role, culture, values, beliefs and behaviours play in human development and family well-being. The value of our work is enhanced through respectful curiosity of family culture and reliant upon the development of reciprocal relationships.

- Parent educators enter a relationship where everyone has an equal status and isuntied around a common interest. Parent educators share ownership of visits withfamilies and acknowledge families are experts too.
