Child Screenings (Developmental Screenings & Health Reviews)
Model-certified parent educators help facilitate regular developmental and health reviews to help parents understand their child’s development, recognize strengths and identify areas of concern that might suggest the need for follow-up services. Developmental and health reviews are typically completed at enrollment and annually thereafter using the Ages & Stages Questionnaire 3 (ASQ-3), the Ages & Stages Social-Emotional Questionnaire 2 (ASQ-SE2) and the PAT Health Questionnaire. |
