Child Screenings (Health and Development)

Picture
Model-certified parent educators help facilitate regular developmental and health screenings to help parents understand their child’s development, recognize strengths and identify areas of concern that might suggest the need for follow-up services. Developmental and health screenings are typically completed at enrollment and annually thereafter using the Ages & Stages Questionnaire 3 (ASQ-3), the Ages & Stages Social-Emotional Questionnaire 2 (ASQ-SE2) and the PAT Health Questionnaire.
